Return Policy


Overview:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product, please return your item to our address below and reach out to our customer support team at support@innopillows.com before the return.

For any product valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the email receipt.

Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

Terms & Conditions:

We encourage customers to carefully read our Return Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed below).

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the email receipt.

We provide a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.

We strongly suggest that once you receive the tracking information of your order, it is your responsibility to keep track of your package.

Please take note that we don't issue a refund or replacement for orders that got returned to the sender or marked as delivered by the courier company.

We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.

Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.

All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Inno Pillows cannot be exchanged or refunded. Governmental taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@inoopillows.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
